Queen Kapiolani is about a block from the beach, listed on priceline at $69





Ohana Waikiki West is just behind the international market place a bout a block from the beach - on priceline at $78





Hawaiian Monarch Hotel about 2 blocks from the beach at $65





Aqua Continental about 4 blocks from the beach at $69





Aqua Palms %26amp; Spa about 1 block from the beach at $69

Those are as close as you'll get to ';cheap'; in Hawaii. There is a big swap meet at Aloha Stadium, but it's not close to either of those hotels, which are in Waikiki.

The Royal Grove is CHEAP- it's old, never been refurbished, but it's a block and a half off of Waikiki Beach and the rooms have kitchens so you can keep the cost of your trip down even further. Once a week, the owners put on a musical show in the lobby- it's very quaint and homey- everyone ende up knowing everybody else. There is a pool, BTW
