try hotel frendy manila. ive stayed there. its very affordable and they have really spacious rooms. they have a cafe in the lobby that sells yummy mini cakes. its in 1548 a.mabini street, though, but is still very near from roxas.
cguro ung boulevard mansion, its like a motel , kaya lang and panget parang madumi, mas oks pa ang sogo lol
