You will not find anything that cheap. However, if you don't mind sharing a room, you could stay at any of the guesthouses in Seoul, for just a little more than that. Here are a few you could try:

That last one is new so I can't vouch for it, but they do say their rooms are only $10 a night. However, I doubt they will let you stay there for 2 months. The first link above is Kim's and it is very nice. He also gives discounts for longer stays. All these places are $15-30 a night depending on what kind of room you want. How to Find Cheap Hotels in Seoul Korea ?

Hostels are decent. I stayed in the Seoul International Youth Hostel. It's near a beautiful green hillside, with hiking trails, and a track surfaced-road. The views are nice. The rooms accomodate about 12 people, but not many occupants were in my room at the time. It's clean too.
For $5 to $10??? That's your budget?!? If you find something for that much let me know. I'm going in July.
Try Googling ';Jimjilbang'; I have been to one and it is cheap and nice.
Here is a good website regarding Jimjilbangs
