';does anyone know any decent but cheap hotels in Bangkok Thailand. I mean a hotel not a hostel?

Depends on what you mean by cheap. Different people have different budget and we all expect different standards for what we might define as ';cheap';. Also, depending on what country you are from- ';cheap '; may still mean ';expensive'; to others. You will need to be more specific as to what you really want.

I have stayed in many hotels which are all pretty reasonable standard for the price, so I won't recommend any one in particular. But there are many many hotels which I am sure you will find within your standard and within your price.

Try http://bangkok.sawadee.com/

This website can list hotels by price or by location. It also shows reviews - both good and bad (pretty unbiased, actually) of the hotel you select - written by people who actually stayed there. So you can make up your own mind if you want to book that hotel.

Hope this helps.

Just a tip - remember the rule ';You get what you pay for'; so don't go too cheap. You might regret it.';does anyone know any decent but cheap hotels in Bangkok Thailand. I mean a hotel not a hostel?
