I would suggest on the Strip the Sahara, Circus Circus which has a manor/motel and hotel, Tropicana. But not far from the Strip is Orleans and Gold Coast, both less pricey. Go to www.lasvegasnow.com for more informationDoes anyone know of some cheap hotels in Las Vegas or ways of finding some?
I am a huge priceline.com fan. I was afraid to try it, but the name your own price is fantastic. You can select a hotel by location and star level. I have gotten 4 and 5 star hotels for right at $100 to $110. If you want a 3 star you are probably looking at about $50. Like William Shatner says, ';Don't be a wimp';! Give it a try - I don't think you will be disappointed!
Check on vegas.com. The cheapest I have stayed at is Fitzgeralds on Fremont. About $42 a night and very clean.
Sure do some research on all the web sites for the best deals, I use and like Expedia and Hotwire the best. Orbitz isn't too bad either except the 3 star hotel I booked was barely a 1 star in my book. Try it out. Theres great deals on these sites.
