This isn't near Disneyland (I really don't think there's many hotels at all near Disneyland), but it's near the MTR and is very conveniently located to a lot of other fun things to do in Hong Kong.

The MTR (subway) takes to you straight to the door at Disneyland, look into getting a Octopus card, but just stay in the city near a MTR station
Locate hotels in the Tund Chung area. Panda Hotel or hotels in Tsuen Wan District may even be cheaper although it's farther away from Tung Chung, but you'll get to see abit of the city.
