Good and cheap hotel in Ann Arbor, Michigan?

It has to be close to downtown. We really don't want to stay at the Lamp Post in since about half the reviews say it's horrifically dirty. It's for two adults, separate beds, we really don't need amenities such as a minibar or any spectacular form of suite.

The best we have found is a Holiday Inn for $149 a night with continental breakfast (which we would like to keep wherever we stay).

So any Ann Arbor or Michigan natives know of some nice hotels?Good and cheap hotel in Ann Arbor, Michigan?
I Searched on this site and got the Cheapest Hotel,Check it out,it also had Discount Coupon Codes for Expedia,Orbitz,Travelocity,Kayak, Priceline, etc.

Have you been to Yahoo Travel/ Michigan/ Ann Arbor. I picked a nice one out from there, but you can get on the the Ann Arbor Hotels page and then select by location or how many stars etc...

On that page, just click Hotels. It's a tab near the top, and it will take you to the main page. I'm a PSU fan myself, and we've been working on containing nuclear reactions by two men locking lips. I dunno what Michigan people do, but I think it comes straight from the heart. Myself, I'm going with barf-the-chuck-and-damn-the-consequences鈥?Good luck.
There are two hotels and a couple of bed and breakfasts in the downtown area. Everything else is about 5-10 minutes from downtown, so depending on where you want to be...North, South or West side of town.

You can check all of the hotels on the Ann Arbor Visitors Bureau site at the link below.

Good luck with your search!
